We provide services for a vast array of business entities, individuals, and trusts. This includes, but is not limited to:

OUR HISTORY

In the 1950s, Jack Miller began an accounting firm in a Los Angeles office, with his son-in-law Max Balter later joining the firm.  Jack started with a handful of small business clients from various industries. The family business has grown over the years and re-branded.

We are now Frazin+Co CPA, headed by Jack’s great-niece Susan Frazin, who has been with the firm for over 35 years —including as a partner for over 25 years.

We proudly serve the second and third generations of many of the same clients who have trusted us since Jack started the business, as well as adding many estates, families, and high net-worth individuals to our client base.
